Our Packages & Services

We have thoughtfully designed our packages by incorporating feedback from our past brides. Acknowledging that each bride has distinct budgetary requirements, our aim is to reduce the stress associated with decor planning. At Save the Date Rentals, we are committed to assisting everyone. While we recognize that these packages may not fit every individual's needs, we would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss alternative options. As a decor rental company, we also provide the option to rent items directly from our inventory. We are here to support you in any way possible.

Partial Design $400

Full Design $800

Are you in need of design assistance? Whether it's floral arrangements or table scape design, we're ready to help if our packages don't quite fit your requirements. Please contact us to discuss which option would be best for you.

Professional Set Up and Tear Down

$500

This service is available as part of our Ultimate and Complete design packages or can be added onto our Full Design Package. However, if you require just this specific service, the venue must be located within a 30-mile radius. For venues outside this range, we offer setup services for a fee of $350. If a room flip is needed, the cost will be $500+ depending on length of time in between ceremony and flip.

Day of Coordination

Up to 12 hours of coordination, typically 1-2 hours prior to ceremony through dinner.
Serving as the primary contact for family and friends.
Coordinating with vendors and providing support as required.
Light cleanup tasks.
Ensuring the smooth running of all operations.
Help with decor set up
Help with start of tear down.

Full Wedding Design Package

$2300

3-6 months of full wedding design from event date
15 hours total of design
$1700 decor allotment (linens include napkins, drapery and table runners) For table linens you can put $200 of your allotment towards linens, but remainder is extra. (specialty linens do not count towards the decor allotment)

Ultimate Wedding Design Package

6-12 months of full wedding design from event date
Professional set up/tear down and day of coordination up to 12hrs)
20+ hours of total design
$2200 decor allotment (linens include napkins, drapery and table runners) For table linens you can use $400 of your allotment towards linens, but remainder is extra. (specialty linens do not count towards decor allotment)
Unlimited email and phone support
Unlimited showroom appointments

Complete Wedding Design Package

12 months of full wedding design from event date
30+ hours of total design
6 month to month of coordination
Day of coordination (up to 12 hours)
Professional set up/tear down
$2500 decor allotment, plus extras (linens include napkins, drapery and table runners) For table linens you can use $600 of your allotment towards linens, but remainder is extra. (Certain Specialty Linens are included)
Unlimited email and phone support
Unlimited showroom appointments
Includes (2) venue walkthroughs during design planning
Will attend final walkthrough and rehearsal

A la carte Items

Our a la carte items are not rentals and are not included in the decor allotment. These would be added to your invoice as a separate charge. Our a la carte items can only be added to our design packages. Pricing will be discussed at showroom consultation.
